๐ก๏ธ Before Your Stream
- Claim your time slot on the Profile tab. Pick a slot that works for you (1โ4 hours recommended).
- Set up the donation link โ add the Tiltify donation
page
as a
panel or chat command (e.g.
!donate). - Download the streamer kit from the Materials tab and add the overlays to your streaming software.
- Update your stream title to include "Vikings Unite For Starlight" and set your game to Valheim.
- Watch the cause videos so you can talk about the Starlight Foundation with your viewers.
- Know who raids into you โ check the schedule to see who streams before you so you're ready when the raid arrives.
โ๏ธ During Your Stream
- Welcome the raiders! When the previous streamer raids into your channel, greet the incoming viewers warmly.
- Mention the charity regularly โ remind viewers about the cause and the donation link at least every 20โ30 minutes.
- Play Valheim content โ any Valheim content is welcome: fresh worlds, hardcore, building, boss fights, modded, co-op, whatever you enjoy!
- Have fun and be yourself! This is a celebration of community. Your energy and enthusiasm make the event special.
- Keep an eye on messages โ organizers may reach out via the Messages tab if anything comes up.
๐ After Your Stream (Raiding Out)
- Raid the next streamer! This is the most important part. Check the schedule to know who's next and raid them when your slot ends.
- Give a warm handoff โ tell your viewers who they're about to meet and hype up the next streamer before raiding.
- Use Twitch's /raid command โ type
/raid [next_streamer]in your chat. - Don't end your stream early without raiding first. The chain must continue! If something comes up, message the organizers on the Messages tab.
- Share the event โ post about your experience on social media and encourage others to tune in!
